Dealer was ok, wait staff was not present at all and game play was enjoyable. Oh well, I played at $10+ a hand for the next couple hours. Usually you can continue to play at the price minimum you bought in at. It took 20 minutes sign up for a rewards card, there was one $5 blackjack table and when I sat down is was bumped to $10 after the next shuffle.

We dined at the Buffet, which we are not big fans of, but this one was a pleasant surprise. Room Service delivered a good breakfast quickly and at a reasonable price. The hotel rooms in Tulalip are amazing.beds are comfortable, decor is perfect, and the shower is the best ever. we ended up going to a nearby walmart, not on the reservation, and paid 25% less. one warning- i asked if there was a discount liquor store nearby and the concierge directed us to a reservation liquor store 2 blocks away as they did not have to charge any tax. as an aside there is a huge premium outlet center 2 blocks away. because of the way this was handled we will definitely return. we did not request a reduction she offered it. she then reduced the rate we paid by 40% and credited my master card. she apologized and said she would discuss this with her security team. at checkout the following day we spoke to the reservations manager and told her how pleased we were with the experience other than the late night noise. however after a 1/2 hour it recurred and persisted for another 2 hours. we called security and apparently others had called them first.

this in spite of fairly good soundproofing. the only negative was the noise that several drunken people were making down the hall at 11 p.m. the large plate had happy anniversary written in chocolate. we passed on dessert but to our surprise they brought out a large piece of lava chocolate cake. what we received were wonderful meals that were very flavorful. we expected an average meal in spite of fairly high prices. that evening we had dinner at 'blackfish' one of their 5 restaurants. the casino itself was just a standard casino. the bathroom was very large with his and her sinks, a shower with a 3 level spray and a separate toilet room. our room was large, very tastefully decorated and had a king bed and large flat screen tv.

the hotel hallways were lit with beautiful wall sconces. they had upgraded our room ( which we had on a aaa rate) and we were on the 12th(top floor).

the check-in personnel were very friendly. firstly, i expected a hotel that approximated a holiday inn so was very surprised to see such a lovely place. i had a reservation and had told them we we're celebrating an anniversary. My wife and i arrived at the tulalip casino hotel last friday afternoon.
